The Brand Marketing Manager supports the implementation and compliance of DHR hotel brands across all properties and on a corporate level, managing photo and video shoots, driving brand activation, and facilitating training programs.

Kewajiban

• Monitor and support brand implementation and integration through the self-audit programme and beyond.
• Drive brand compliance through cooperation with various operational departments.
• Review and approve creative artworks, ensuring they meet brand standards.
• Implement and manage creative systems and guidelines to drive brand compliance across all touchpoints.
• Lead pre-production, art direction on property, and post-production for official photo and video shoots.
• Develop storyboards and conceptualizations for brand shoots.
• Manage properties’ master photography set, ensuring all visual content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Be informed about latest social media trends and requirements.
• Conceptualize and create brand initiatives to drive brand activation.
• Create visual directions and templates for brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals.
• Support setting up and monitoring brand performance in relevant markets through market research and analysis.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve brand positioning and effectiveness.
• Develop and facilitate training and workshop programs to enhance brand expertise among property and corporate teams.
• Ensure all team members are well-versed in brand guidelines and standards.
• Serve as the contact person for all properties for guidance and support.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, brand compliance, and marketing principles.
• Excellent creative and analytical skills. Graphic design skills are a strong plus.
• Proven experience in leading photo and video shoot productions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Thai, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
• This position requires occasional travel.
