Dusit International, a leading global hospitality company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic finance team. The Accounting Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a world-class organization and contribute to our continued success.

Kewajiban

• Approve asset requests, generate asset codes, and notify requesters.
• Verify the completeness of item specifications and supporting documents.
• Prepare asset tags and summary reports for newly acquired assets.
• Record asset transfers to new owners based on approved requests.
• Record transfers of assets under construction (AUC) based on approved requests.
• Monitor and track progress to ensure completion within the fiscal year.
• Follow up on physical count results from business Units (BUs) for adjustments.
• Record fixed asset sales and write-off transactions based on approved requests.
• Calculate the depreciation expense and prepare the necessary journal vouchers.
• Run period-end closing processes and generate fixed Asset reports.
• Create and modify recurring templates for recurring transactions.
• Record approved accounting adjustments into the system.
• Review foreign currency valuation reports and submit them.
• Validate and finalize the trial balance.
• Review and clear the open items in the General Ledger (GL).
• Finalize the balance sheet reconciliation report.
• Prepare templates for BUs to fill in the Note to Financial Statement details.
• Verify BU input and prepare the final Note for the Financial Statement.
• Review actual revenue information from BUs as required by the Revenue Department.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
