Kewajiban
• Advise on planning, selection and procurement of equipment, taking into account company standards and user-specific requirements
• Suggest actions for efficient maintenance and repair, as well as for adaptation of maintenance standards
• Assure/arrange for the implementation of accident prevention measures
• Prepare, request, create maintenance orders according to guidelines
• Implement and document maintenance, repair and overhaul work on equipment/test systems
• Participate in the analysis of complex problems/errors
• Manual and mechanical production of complex equipment according to predetermined working documents
• Plan the work processes, material procurement and setup activities, and check production documentation for completeness
• Spare parts management and wear part requirements, dispose parts purchases for maintenance
• Install very complex equipment according to guidelines and check it (e.g. mechanically, electrically, etc.) for correct function; adjust and/or rework as required
• Install repaired/manufactured equipment and adjust machine controls, correct processing programs, conduct test runs and functional tests, and create appropriate documentation
• Determine part requirements, provide parts and request part procurement
• Determine causes of defects/shutdowns in complex equipment with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, etc. components; use diagnostic systems as required
• Conduct very difficult maintenance and repair tasks on very complex technical equipment (e.g. fixtures, machinery, instruments, etc.)
• Conduct the installation and relocation of very complex equipment.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronic/Mechanical or related fields
• Minimum experience 2 years up in Automotive System
• PLC programming (Siemens be advantages)
• Maintenance process and spare part management
• Report by MS Office. Ability to use information systems.
• Knowledge Electrical/Electronic sensor/transducer
• Readable datasheet/manual of electronics/electrical devices and apply to achieve the task
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic
• Experience in measuring instruments (e.g. multimeter, oscilloscope…) to search and isolate hardware problems independently.
• TPM, Predictive maintenance and process readiness
• Troubleshooting and analysis skill.
• Command of English communication
• Good computer skill (Word, Excel)
• Permanent working at Samut Prakan Plant.
