The Project Manager MPE Engineer (Real Estate) at EDEN ESTATE is responsible for designing, supervising, and improving engineering systems for real estate projects, ensuring compliance with standards and effective communication among teams.

Kewajiban

• Design and develop engineering systems for real estate projects, such as electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and communication systems.
• Coordinate with design teams and construction teams to ensure the designs align with project requirements.
• Inspect and supervise the installation of engineering systems to ensure compliance with designs and established standards.
• Collaborate with contractors and project teams to resolve issues during construction.
• Inspect the quality of installed engineering systems.
• Test the system's functionality to ensure it operates effectively and efficiently.
• Plan and carry out maintenance for engineering systems in completed projects.
• Enhance system efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Prepare budgets for engineering systems in projects.
• Review and select materials and equipment that fit the budget and meet standards.
• Prepare related documents for engineering systems, such as blueprints, progress reports, and user manuals.
• Create summary reports on engineering system work and present them to management.
• Ensure that engineering system work adheres to industry standards and applicable laws.
• Coordinate with relevant agencies to obtain necessary permits.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in engineering systems in real estate projects.
• Knowledge of engineering standards, relevant laws, and various systems in construction.
