This internship provides a dynamic learning opportunity for graduates to gain an understanding of policy research and data analysis relevant to social protection and poverty alleviation through a 6-months experience in the Policy Support Team.

Kewajiban

• Conduct background research and analysis including collecting, reviewing and analysing secondary data from various sources and review literature to support policy reforms, programming and budgeting relevant to poverty alleviation.
• Contribute to developing policy briefs, academic papers, presentations and reports and other relevant research.
• Develop skills in reviewing and updating policy and programming documents and materials to support implementation including handbooks, guidelines.
• Engage in primary data collection and analysis to support the work of the Policy Support Team.
• Support the Policy Support Team with organization of meetings and events.
• Enhance understanding of poverty alleviation, social protection and economic empowerment policies.

Kualifikasi

• Recent graduates or students in relevant fields.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Familiarity with social protection and poverty alleviation concepts is an advantage.
