Detail posisi

The QMS & SMS Engineer is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System in accordance with industry standards, ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of quality within the organization.

Kewajiban

•Establish, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) according to industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, AS9100).
•Update QMS documentation, including manuals, procedures, and records, to reflect changes in processes or regulations.
•Plan, conduct, and oversee internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS requirements.
•Coordinate external audits with certification bodies and regulatory agencies.
•Ensure corrective actions are taken to address non-conformities identified during audits.
•Train employees on QMS processes, quality standards, and best practices.
•Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
•Manage document control processes to ensure proper storage, retrieval, and version control of QMS documents.

Kualifikasi

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
•Good command of English communication both spoken and written.
•Good knowledge of quality standards e.g. ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO/IEC 17025 etc.
•Experience in quality assurance/ control/ management system documentation will be an advantage.
