Kewajiban

• Conduct simple maintenance and repair tasks on simple technical equipment (e.g. install/exchange tools, fixtures, machinery, instruments, etc.)
• Support the installation and relocation of simple technical equipment (e.g. tools, machinery, instruments, etc.) according to guidelines
• Determine and report weak areas
• Eliminate/have eliminated some difficult breakdowns (e.g. process breakdowns, etc.) in machines and fixtures
• Adjust simple machinery/tools to product specifications
• Produce and repair simple equipment (e.g. assembly boards, etc.)
• Implement and document maintenance, repair and overhaul work on equipment / systems as specified.
• Spare parts management for maintenance
• Implementation and documentation of changes or corrections to machine controls and machining programs as well as parameterization with preparation of the respective data sheets as specified.
• Execution and documentation of checks for correct operation (e.g. mechanical, electrical, etc.) and test runs for equipment / systems.
• Compliance with and / or observe all relevant processes and work instructions in the area of responsibility.
• Collaborate to ensure information flows within the involved departments and to supervisors.
• Identification and elimination (as specified) of vulnerabilities and development of proposals for improvement measures for equipment / systems.
• Ensure the implementation of all relevant audit requirements as well as internal and external quality standards and implementation of countermeasures in case of deviations and improvement potentials.
• Establish spare parts and wear part requirements, dispose parts purchases.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory safety regulations (in particular the Occupational Health and Safety Act as well as environmental protection) and the central DRX specifications
• Perform general Maintenance work, doing MFU of Equipment, Support Instrument calibration
• Performs other duties as assigned by Maintenance Sup.

Kualifikasi

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related field
• At least 1 year experience with Maintenance/Technician in automotive part manufacturing or related field
• Some differing tasks with several potential solutions, including analysis of the situation/cause
• Able to use computer skills (Microsoft office, Microsoft outlook, etc.)
• Able to communication in English
