As Manager, Supply Chain Strategic Planning, you will oversee Global Supply Chain Planning, aligning production and shipments with market demand across various regions. This role involves supporting the Sales and Operations Planning process and requires collaboration with the Supply Chain leadership team.
Kewajiban
• Support Global Sourcing Strategy for new innovations and represent planning during the entire stage of New Product Launch.
• 3PM Planning: Strengthen and lead 3PM Planning for F&BG (primarily for Packaged business).
• Work with SC Leadership team to co-ordinate implementation of SC Strategy focused on Delivering our EHS Promise, Innovation and Portfolio Transformation, Leading Edge Operations excellence, Customer Centricity and Supply Chain Digitalization.
• Supporting projects related to improvement of Supply Chain Planning performance such as Portfolio simplification via SKU rationalization, Formulation Harmonization, MOQ alignments.
• Support projects driving SC Risk and Resilience strategy such as – Building appropriate Inventory and Capacity plans, Multi sourcing of unique Raw materials, Network diversification etc.
• Support Periodic Sales and Operations Planning process by assisting in Demand Review with markets, facilitate supply review with source locations (Factories, 3PMs, Procurement), Category reviews to check supply availability and sourcing mix to meet demand and final DSR reviews with SC team and markets.
• Long Term Planning – Work with markets to consolidate long term demand and sources on supply and use this to drive strategic planning decisions on sourcing decisions, capacity requirements, warehouse planning etc.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management with minimum 10+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning in a large MNC with manufacturing background.
• Experience in an FMCG multinational and/or consumer packaged foods industry will be an advantage.
• Requires strong leadership skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
• Self-motivated, results-focused and thrives in an organization which is in a significant digital transformation journey with steep learning curve.
• Flexible to travel (approximately 20% ~ 30%), to operations sites with focus on Thailand and Philippines.
