Detail posisi

The FAVP of Sales is responsible for developing and implementing sales and business development strategies to achieve company sales goals and revenues, while building strong customer relationships and managing account executives.

Kewajiban

• Develop a Sales strategy and Business Development strategy to achieve company sales goals and revenues.
• Developing and implementing business plans, sales strategies and action plans to meet sales and margin targets.
• Drive & manage account executives to implement account plan, which will be a combination of growing HPL products.
• To Seek new opportunities / new customer / new business to support company jumping growth.
• To build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• To be Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
• To co-operate with agents to achieve sales target.
• Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
• Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven sales processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization.
• Build strategic relationships and partners with key account customers both direct and indirect influence customers, distributors, and vendors.
• Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support.
• Reporting and analytics.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 10 years’ experience in Commercial Strategy or Business Development.
• Digital marketing and expertise with online strategy planning is a plus.
• Can do attitude and passionate.
• Leadership and Team management.
