The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing and leading the maintenance team, ensuring the performance and availability of machines and systems in accordance with established standards.
Kewajiban
• Managing, planning, leading, and controlling the performance of the maintenance team.
• Supporting the production departments and subordinates with training, knowledge and hands-on problem solving.
• Establishing the maintenance plan for the factory according to the needs of the ISO & ASME standards.
• Setting standards (tools/ time/ schedule e.g.) for maintenance jobs.
• Weak point analysis, as well as management and implementation of the corresponding Improvement to machine availability.
• Cooperation with internal and external partners.
• Overall responsibility for the maintenance of machines/systems and buildings.
• Cross-shift ensuring that faults are rectified on technical systems and plants.
• Planning of pre spare part stock and maintenance and repair budgets.
• Performing other related duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have knowledge and minimum 5 years’ experience with maintenance mechanical.
