The Safety Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing environmental management programs, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements, and promoting safety and health awareness within the organization.
Kewajiban
• Identify, review and consolidate the environmental aspect and significant aspect to reduce environmental problem.
• Conduct the environmental monitoring per the significant aspect, Legal including other requirement required.
• Review and analysis the result and all reports generated within the environmental department and ensure that all reports and completed within a timely manner.
• Support and coordinate with concerned department about the environmental resource management program (ERM) and sustainability program.
• Coordinate, consolidate and validation of the Greenhouse gas emission tracking including analyses the impact of emission and advising for emission reduction to comply GHG policy with RBA requirement.
• Responsible for EIA compliance (Environmental Impact Assessment) and all permitting.
• Support and build the EHS knowledge and awareness in part of environmental sustainability such as general awareness, newcomer EHS orientation, risk assessment, RBA requirement.
• Develop and execute safety, health and environment plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines and company requirements.
• Deliver safety, health, environmental, and relevant trainings according to applicable requirements to employees.
• Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time related to the EHS management system.
• Conduct meeting with responsibility for the corrective and preventive actions.
• Internal audit and patrol workplace/SOP per Integration Management System ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Engineering
• At least 0-2 years in EHS function or relevant working experiences
• Integration management system: ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
• Hazardous substance controller.
• EHS legal and other requirement
• RBA requirement
• Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), Internet and E-mail.
• Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written / verbal).
• Strong listening, communication, interpersonal and relational skills to develop a good relationship within the organization.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team environment.
