The New Product Development Supervisor will lead and manage the new product development (NPD) and existing product development (EPD) processes, ensuring timely project launches and quality control.
Kewajiban
• Stong to Lead and manage new product development (NPD) and Existing product development (EPD) process.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure all projects are launched per agreed timeline.
• Prototype development for new/existing products for testing.
• Execution and management of overall quality control of packaging and finish goods before send to marketing/customer.
• Check and control of safety of packaging, stability and compatibility testing & efficacy testing with R&D.
• Support the Business team in conducting product and technology research by collaborate with R&D.
• Handing cost FG, Proposed and discussion price with business or customer.
Kualifikasi
• A bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• With 3+ years of experience in FMCG Skincare & Personal care OEM/ODM.
• Stong project management skill.
• Understanding the FMCG product development.
• Comfortable speaking English and thai.
• Strong collaboration skill.
