Support the execution of Group-wide/Business Unit-wide/regional/country/channel/product expansion strategies, supervise research/feasibility studies and support the interactions with potential clients and customers in line with business objectives.

Kewajiban

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
• Support the execution of Group-wide/Business Unit-wide/regional/country/channel/product expansion strategies to achieve short- and long-term business objectives
• Supervise and conduct research/feasibility studies/market scan to gain a better understanding of the latest market opportunities/trends
• Provide analysis and meaningful conclusions to research/feasibility studies/market scan to gain better understanding of the latest market opportunities/trends
• Coordinate meetings and prepare materials to facilitate negotiations with potential clients/customers. Support contract renegotiations with existing clients
• Supervise and execute improvement initiatives to Business Development processes and ways of working to drive effectiveness and minimize redundancy
• Execute activities related to Business Development workforce capability and client/customer data management
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of deal negotiations and finalization of contracts
• Maintain close contact with and support interactions with potential clients/customers with the view to enhance business opportunities

Kualifikasi

• Demonstrate business development experience in applying business development principles for at least medium- to large-sized companies in similar industries
• Demonstrate analytical skills
• Demonstrate skills in market research and audit
• Proven client and customer account management skills
• Proven proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
• Degree in Business Studies/Marketing preferred
• Other qualifications related to the technical know-how work area (e.g. engineering, chemical, medical devices, etc.) will be considered
