The Learning & Development Specialist plays a key role in shaping impactful learning experiences that align with organizational objectives and drive business success. The primary responsibility is to oversee and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless and engaging learning journeys.

Kewajiban

• Act as a champion to support local Human Resources and Learning & Development team members across all global markets with questions, requests, and guidance in the use of the learning management system and other tools
• Manage and respond to employee inquiries about learning items in the LMS
• Support the learning and development team through administrative activities, interfacing with Finance and other departments, and coordinating projects including global training events
• Serve as the central point of contact and resident expert for the learning management system, responding to questions and requests, offering guidance, and advising how to best use the system
• Manage and respond to tickets related to the learning management system in NOVA, the company’s IT ticket platform, on a regular basis
• Maintain and inspect data in the learning management system to ensure its integrity
• Prepare and implement logistics of global Fantree Academy training programs and other global events including contract management with hotel partners, material preparation, on-site support, and other ad hoc requirements
• Process L&D-related financial payments, including charging back global class expenses to respective markets, and manage vendor contracts and payments

Kualifikasi

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Written and spoken communication (Thai business level proficiency; English advanced/native fluency)
• Technologically savvy – Office 365, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, and comfortable using online software, especially Miro
• Structured thinking
• Comfortable with data and data processing
• Experience within a learning and development environment is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors Learning Management System is an added advantage
• Customer-centric mindset – actively understand and address the needs of internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
• Collaboration and teamwork - flexibility in coordinating tasks with colleagues from different functions and roles, from both global and local teams
