General Responsibilities:
• Intangible benefit for company revenue for sales and marketing
• Bring Sales & Marketing Effectiveness programs/tools and business processes to execution throughout the organization
• Responsible to improve marketing & sales / business processes and practices e.g., Brand Planning & Execution, Resource Optimization, Go to market models & Organizational design, Business Information & Research, and Promotion Cycle Management; gather feedback and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure high quality and consistent business processes & practices in line with market leaders.
• Supervise execution of project initiatives to strengthen effectiveness of Sales and Marketing organization and ensure marketing & sales flawless integration & collaboration.
• Owner & champion of Sales & Marketing best practices
• Engage with Regional Sales & Marketing Excellence team on cross-country initiatives
• Provide guidance in the design of monitoring tool for sales execution of marketing strategy
• Ensure appropriate utilization of Commercial Effectiveness tools e.g., SFA, Call Reporting, Customer Targeting & Classification, Sales Planning and In-Field Coaching
• Drive the effectiveness of brand plan execution and implementation into selling processes e.g., message delivery linked to brand positioning, brand strategies implementation and KPIs tracking.
Kualifikasi
Qualification:
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales / marketing or SFE management.
• At least 1 years of experience in management level
• Background education of Pharmacy or Health Sciences
• Master degree in business or related field (Oversea graduate is a plus)
