Kewajiban
• Assist management in managing daily operational expenses in relation to the operating budget.
• Implement action plans (e.g., making regular calls/visits, taking orders, etc.) to achieve sales targets for the assigned business/territory.
• Track individual and team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans. Prioritize and review daily sales activities.
• Conduct sales activities for the assigned business/territory, including product portfolio management, introducing marketing plans, order-taking, and preparing in-store marketing and merchandising displays.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for sales agreements.
• Report on competitor activities and products.
• Record sales data for reporting and tracking purposes. Maintain relevant customer data in the appropriate customer relationship management database.
• Coordinate continuous improvement activities to enhance the sales process, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. Track and ensure payments are collected from customers.
• Investigate, resolve, and record customer issues and provide advice on follow-up actions.
• Respond to customer orders and inquiries, and inform them about promotions and new products.
• Work with relevant departments to ensure timely product deliveries. Assist in maintaining close and positive business relationships.
Kualifikasi
• Good working knowledge with at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers.
• Good working knowledge of the assigned territory/products/services and sales skills.
• Skilled in communication and negotiation.
• Basic skills in research and analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Fluent in both Malay and English (spoken and written).
• SPM or equivalent qualification.
