The Associate Director is responsible for building long-term brand equity and delivering annual brand and business targets for assigned country clusters, playing a key role in driving the brand’s direction and supporting its growth strategy in Asia Pacific.
Kewajiban
• Define strategy, develop and align 360 marketing plans partnering with local market teams & global brand holder to ensure successful marketing activations and launches.
• Lead business performance, consumer, and campaign analysis for the brand across the region, identify business opportunities, key learnings, & insights, and define clear action plans.
• Develop Digital strategy & plans that support overall brand objectives and to improve brand/campaign performance throughout Customer Decision Journey. Optimize ROI for marketing initiatives through insights from digital and social media analytics.
• Work with key stakeholders to drive regional eCommerce marketing and promotion plans.
• Lead regional/local consumer research, analyze the result and identify key insights and understanding.
• Lead price setting and alignment process across the region to ensure compliance with global pricing guidelines and define pricing opportunities where possible.
• Provide guidance to local market teams to set and achieve clear marketing goals & KPIs.
• Play a leading & influencing role in business development and portfolio development plans to support business growth objectives.
• Inspire local brand teams by encouraging regional best practices sharing.
• Provides coaching and leadership skills to supporting team members.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business studies.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of consumer marketing experience with strong branding background required.
• Prior Asia-Pacific regional experience is a must.
• Prior Beauty industry knowledge and skincare experience an advantage.
• Prior hands-on experience in planning and implementation of 360-degree marketing campaign, digital marketing campaigns, strategy setup, planning and execution.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong team player who is able to build good collaborative relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Comfortable in a flexible, fluid operating environment.
