We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Consultant with expertise in retail ecommerce systems implementation to join our team. As a Presales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by providing technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process.

Kewajiban

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose innovative solutions.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our retail ecommerce systems.
• Act as a subject matter expert on retail ecommerce platforms, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the sales cycle.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Presales or technical sales roles, preferably in the retail ecommerce industry.
• Deep understanding of retail ecommerce systems and platforms, including BigCommerce, Shopify, Adobe Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Commerce tools.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
