Kewajiban
• Create New Opportunities: Identify and develop new business opportunities from the ground up, aligning with the strategic vision provided by management. Your journey will start with cold calls and end with signed contracts.
• Sales Leadership: Set and pursue ambitious goals, guiding leads through the entire sales cycle. Customize quotes and proposals to meet the specific needs of prospects, customers, and partners.
• Hit Your Targets: Understand your business targets and KPIs, and not just meet but exceed them.
• Strategic Pricing: Use your deep knowledge of pricing strategies and our products to create tailored proposals that resonate with clients.
• Negotiate with Confidence: Negotiate deals, promotions, and business models with skill and precision.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Nurture these connections to unlock ongoing business opportunities.
• Market Savvy: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing market trends and data to identify new sales and marketing opportunities. Provide strategic feedback that drives our business forward.
• Manage Projects with Finesse: Oversee projects with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring everything is delivered on time and within budget. You’ll also be responsible for reporting on partner performance post-campaign.
• Plan & Forecast: Assist with sales forecasting and planning, helping to develop long- and short-term strategies that keep us ahead of the competition.
• Innovate Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement creative strategies that attract, grow, and retain business.
Kualifikasi
• Experience & Passion: At least 2 years in business development, sales, or channel marketing. You live and breathe marketing, communications, and the sales process.
• Creative Visionary: You’re not just goal-oriented; you think outside the box and always see the bigger picture.
