Detail posisi

The UX designer will work closely with the Product Owner, UI designer, developers, and testers in the SCRUM team to create excellent user experiences and intuitive software.

Kewajiban

• Gather product requirements from Product Owner or stakeholders, then solve the design issues.
• Design, implement and iterate on UX designs and flows, wireframes with display logic, or prototypes in creative ways.
• Empathize with users, understand the various use cases, then create personas and user mapping through user research and existing data.
• Prepare and conduct user research like defining the scope and finding appropriate methods. (if needed)
• UX writing skill is preferable.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, HCI, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with UX certificate.
• At least 3 years of working experience in software development as UX designer, UX/UI designer, Product Designer, Business Analyst, System Analyst.
• Must have a design portfolio showing solid experience in creating user mappings, screen flows, display logic, prototypes, and other design artifact.
• Experience in Figma, Sketch App, AdobeXD.
• Understanding design principles, user experience design fundamentals, and usability principles.
• Strong communication and logical thinking skills, and problem-solving creatively, analytically, and effectively.
• Experience in an Agile environment is a plus.
