The Client Service Manager / Account Manager serves as the primary liaison for the company's clients, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and project management.
Kewajiban
• Act as the main point of contact for the company’s clients
• Proactive approach to ensure timings are kept and next steps are carried out.
• Actively listen to each client in order to gain perfect understanding of their individualized needs and business
• Able to prepare presentation and briefing decks.
• Able to comment on whether a creative output is on or off brief.
• Keep track of financials and budgets of the projects.
• Responsible for client coordination, budgeting, monitoring of internal workflow on brief, on time and on budget
• Ability to present ideas, negotiate and problem solve
• Take the ownership at campaign or account that you was assigned and be point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
• Working with planners to devise a campaign that meets the client's brief and budget and assist in the execution of the marketing strategy.
Kualifikasi
• 3-5 years Account Management experience
• 5 years experience with handling clients
• Experiencing in Branding / Marketing Communication through Digital
• Understands how digital technology impacts communications
• Advantage if used to working with international / Blue Chip companies
• Able to manage and direct subordinates
• Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, optimistic attitude, service-minded
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge preferred: proficient skills in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint
• English language skills
