Traditional Trade Director

This role holder manages the team that services Traditional Trade/General Trade, with large portion of business from on premise channel, and is missioned to create a robust & healthy network while ensuring availability of right products at the right place with right kind of promotions to attract the consumers.
Kewajiban
You will be responsible for:
• Create traditional trade strategy & commercial plan for On-trade and Off-trade businesses in line with the commercial and marketing strategy, and across whole product portfolio.
• Build impactful relationships with the authorized dealers (AD) and on-trade customers, with triple wins vision - Diageo win, Customer win, Consumer win.
• Consolidate internal and external best practices to drive innovative trade programmes for our consumers & customers.
• Collaborate with cross function team to bring the best-in-class execution to life, and in line with finance and compliance requirement.
• Drive insight-driven and data-based decision making through market trend analysis and consumer preference studies, together with marketing team.
• Assist subordinary team member to develop annual plans for all key customers and channels, and continuously lead the team to adopt new way of working.
• Build solid pipeline of commercial talents. Ensure continuous employee development.
Kualifikasi
About You
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership role, preferably with multi-channel management experiences.
• Strong understanding of traditional trade/general trade channel, especially on-premise channel.
• Proven track record of building impactful relationship with key channel/customers.
• Adaptable character to work in a fast-paced environment, and perseverance under uncertainty.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the alcohol industry.
