We are looking for an outstanding Assistant Brand Manager to accelerate the growth for our luxury portfolio! As our Assistant Brand Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of our global brand’s strategy in Thailand and leading cross-functional teams to achieve performance success and brilliant execution.
Kewajiban
• Partner with our Brand Manager to accelerate the performance of our luxury portfolio in Thailand by executing exciting, dynamic growth drivers aligned with our annual strategies and priorities.
• Deliver in-market ATL and BTL communication strategy to brand awareness and relevance in accordance to Diageo’s brand toolkits and vision.
• Support the execution of large-scale, experimental programs to build brand equity nationwide.
• Support our Brand Manager in activating exciting programs to provide excellent Sales support and unlock Sales momentum.
• Work closely with external agencies to develop local activation plans, including media, PR, and on-ground activation.
• Highlight data-driven insights from post-campaign reviews and research to unlock new opportunities and optimise future programme performance, ensuring continuous growth for the portfolio.
• Roll out global growth drivers alongside our Brand Manager, where relevant, with an exceptional standard of execution.
• Be a key part of the launch of new innovations within luxury portfolio future pipeline to increase performance and market share.
• Contribute to the efficient utilization of brand promotion budgets by recommending effective spending allocations.
• Support the achievement of brand sales targets by contributing to the development of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve ROI.
• Focus on the luxury portfolio within the Thai market, understanding the target audience and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement brand strategies tailored to the luxury segment.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (Brand Manager, Marketing, Sales, Consumer Insights, regional team) to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with external agencies and partners to support brand activities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proven experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the luxury segment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative brand strategies.
• Strong understanding of the Thai market and consumer behavior in the luxury segment.
