Detail posisi

Dextra Industry and Transport has built over the years a triple expertise: general cargo forwarding to/from Asia, the engineering and coordination to forward super oversized cargo on a door-to-door basis, as well as the delivery of industrial services such as installation, dismantling and relocation of large production equipment. You will work in an international environment with strong support from the teams and top managements. Reporting to the Export Manager, your job will focus on handling export freight forwarding both air and sea, preparing documentation, and building good relationships with customers and providers. Also, coordinate with Sales team.

Kewajiban

Coordination
• Liaise with customers to collect inquiries and booking information.
• Confirm bookings with customers and provide booking confirmation documents.
• Create and place bookings with carriers.
• Arrange and book truck transportation.
• Track and monitor shipment progress.
• Coordinate effectively with customers, shipping lines, and overseas agents.
• Collaborate seamlessly with sales and other internal departments.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents to customers, shipping lines, and overseas agents.
Documentation
• Prepare and confirm House Bills of Lading (HBLs) and Master Bills of Lading (MBLs).
• Review and confirm draft export entries with customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment status records.
• Manage payment and cheque processing.
• Issue invoices to clients.

Kualifikasi

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and other languages is a plus.
• Experience in export freight forwarding is preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
