The After Sales Services Area Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing after-sales service activities in various regions, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Kewajiban

• Develop and implement after-sales service strategies and policies.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of service technicians to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the after-sales team, providing feedback and guidance.
• Support & monitor maintenance activities to ensure equipment meets output standards.
• Establish monthly AFS reports for each area to inform management of ongoing issues.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of service processes to ensure continuous improvement.
• Develop the transition to an organization that empowers customers through remote maintenance.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and high levels of satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Analyze service data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage the budget for the after-sales service department.
