The Investor Relations Specialist is responsible for managing relationships with investors and analysts, communicating the company's long-term value and growth potential, and providing strategic insights based on market trends and investor feedback.

• Targeting Long-term Strategic Investors
• Works closely with executive management to communicate long-term value and growth potential, which can positively influence investors' long-term outlook on the company’s stock.
• Targeting Institutional Investors by identify and attract institutional investors who often seek long-term investments and provide stability in stock price.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic investors, aligning their interests with the company’s long-term growth objectives, and supporting investor retention and engagement.
• Managing Market Expectations
• Provides guidance to investors about expected performance and strategic plans to manage market expectations and minimize stock price volatility due to unexpected earnings reports or announcements.
• Develop tailored communications and presentations for strategic investors, ensuring transparent and consistent updates on company performance, risks, and new opportunities.
• Works with finance and PR teams to highlight strategic achievements and future plans and present in the communication events between company and investors, such as Opportunity Day.
• Responding to Market Trends & Strategic Insight
• Conduct market research to understand trends impacting investor sentiment. Analyze competitor financials to position the company favourably for investors.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on investor feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Crisis Management
• Manages communication in times of crisis or downturn, crafting a message that reassures investors and mitigates panic selling. This can help prevent sharp declines in stock price during adverse events.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or master’s in finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or related roles within the pipeline inspection or energy sector.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and industry stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends specific to pipeline inspection services.
• Strategic thinking and investor-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with financial markets, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the pipeline inspection industry.
