The Corporate Strategy Director is responsible for developing and implementing Dexon’s corporate strategy, leading business development efforts, managing joint ventures, and overseeing financial planning and analysis while fostering team development.

Kewajiban

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine Dexon’s corporate strategy to align with organizational goals and market trends.
• Conduct detailed market analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas of competitive advantage.
• Work closely with C-suite executives to ensure cross-functional alignment and seamless execution of strategic objectives.
• Lead business development efforts, including identifying, evaluating, and negotiating new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and potential clients.
• Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new product lines and geographical markets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
• Drive joint venture (JV) initiatives, from strategic assessment and partner identification to structuring agreements and overseeing implementation.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure all JV agreements meet Dexon’s standards and objectives.
• Manage the lifecycle of joint ventures, including performance analysis, compliance, and restructuring, as necessary.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop financial models that assess potential growth scenarios and support strategic decisions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, preparing reports and presentations for the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Implement KPI-driven performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and goal achievement.
• Lead and mentor a team of strategy and business development professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and strategic thinking.
• Promote cross-departmental collaboration to leverage Dexon’s strengths and optimize resources.
• Identify and develop future leaders within the organization to support Dexon’s long-term talent strategy.

Kualifikasi

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or similar leadership roles in a technology-driven industry.
• Proven experience in managing joint ventures, mergers, or acquisitions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and market analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
