The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales, creating and maintaining customer relationships, and developing and executing sales strategies. - Sales and marketing strategic planning, including strategic planning, pricing and promotion, events, and brand positioning.
- Manage digital marketing strategies through platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to drive brand growth.
- Effectively manage agents to support marketing.
- Develop marketing strategies.
- Become a leader in sales and marketing teams, including public relations, digital platforms, graphic design, sales, and customers. service team
- Measure the performance of marketing strategies, evaluate the success of events and promotions, and submit them to the CEO.
- Sales and marketing budget management
- Sales forecast
- Supervise and develop online sales personnel to respond to customer needs and track existing customers to complete sales as much as possible.
Maintain relationships with business partners and customers.
- Take care of existing customers and expand new customer groups both domestically and internationally.
- Leadership and consulting business team
- Execute sales, control sales growth, and develop sales plans and reports to achieve goals.
- Measure the performance of sales strategies, evaluate the success of activities and promotions, monitor the team based on KPIs, and regularly submit reports to the CEO.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or related filed
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Having a minimum of 3 years as a Sales Manager
- Self-motivated and Proactive leader with strong people management and highly independent
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to coach/train and manage Sales Team
- Good personality and high responsibility
- Good command in English both written and speaking
- Good in MS office (Excel and Power Point)
