Position involves conducting research and development to enhance product quality and competitiveness in the market, as well as designing new products. The role also includes analyzing market trends and consumer preferences, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Kewajiban
• Conduct research and development to enhance product quality and competitiveness
• Develop company products to be market leaders and design new products
• Study and analyze project feasibility in design, marketing, and production aspects
• Research market trends and competitors
• Study consumer preferences and changes in trends and opportunities
• Study production feasibility and profitability, coordinate with procurement department for material sourcing
• Prepare documentation for ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, GHP, HACCP, Halal, and other quality systems
• Control quality systems such as ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, GHP, HACCP, Halal, and other quality systems
• Report immediately to superiors in case of abnormalities affecting food safety
• Perform other duties as assigned
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in research and development
• Ability in design and innovation, confidence, leadership skills, and good communication with government agencies
• Good personality and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicts, and control emotions
• Good attitude, attention to detail, accuracy, and enthusiasm
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Flexible in work approach
• Able to work Monday to Saturday from 08:00-17:00
• TOEIC score of 450 or higher
