The Customer Quality Engineer position is a 1-Year-Contract role focused on quality improvement activities and early detection resolution for 0KM claims, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders.
Kewajiban
• To conduct Quality improvement activity and Early Detection Early Resolution activity for 0KM claim by cooperating with Car Makers, DENSO Plants and Suppliers and lead target achievement.
• To monitor customer monthly evaluation result, activity result, summarize and report superiors.
• To analyze weakness of 0KM claim work process and continuous improvement.
• To perform other assigned jobs from superior.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with GPA >2.75.
• Experience in Automotive Quality Assurance or Quality Control or Quality Engineering will be advantage.
• Good command of English (Minimum TOEIC score 550 points up.)
• Able to drive and have driving license.
• Good communication skills and fast learner.
