Detail posisi

The QC/QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance with customer requirements through various quality control processes and audits.

Kewajiban

• Incoming Inspection, Process control, shipping audit and Maintain Quality system in the place.
• Ensure product and customer requirements by applying Quality knowledge thru manufacturing process.
• Authorization for releasing and blocking non-conform parts both incoming & outgoing and To stop production in case serious quality problems.
• Implement Statistical Process Control at key process characteristic.
• Lead PFMEA Go&See Audit & Quality Audit.Lead problem solving process to find root cause and take action.
• Establish report (8D), Complaint Report and communicate /negotiate with customers in Quality/defect matters.Support an internal audits, customer audit and third party audit.
• Manage and monitor effectiveness of measuring calibration system.
• Monitoring and Controlling Quality cost.Drive continuous improvements, build Activity related to Quality.
• Provide coaching and support all associate at shop floor to ensure Zero defect.
