HR Manager will be responsible for driving culture transformation aligned with our company values, managing key HR all functions, and promoting a positive work environment. This role will oversee orientation, payroll, benefits, employee engagement, and company activities while ensuring compliance with labor laws and effective budget management.
Kewajiban
• Culture Transformation: Lead and implement strategic initiatives to align our organizational culture with company values. Develop and execute programs that foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace.
• Employee Engagement: Design and manage programs to increase employee satisfaction, retention, and motivation. Organize and oversee company outings, parties, and activities to enhance team cohesion.
• Orientation and Onboarding: Oversee the orientation and onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company. Develop orientation programs that reflect company values and culture.
• Payroll Management: Administer payroll processes accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits including Social Security Office (SSO), Insurance, and Provident fund. Ensure that benefits programs are competitive and meet the needs of employees.
• Social Media Engagement: Coordinate and post company activities and updates on social media channels to enhance company visibility and engage with the broader community.
• Recruitment: Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent. Develop effective recruitment strategies and manage the hiring process to meet organizational needs.
• Labor Law Compliance: Stay informed about labor laws and regulations. Ensure HR practices and policies comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Budget Control: Manage and oversee the HR department budget as well as control budget allocation for company-wide activities and initiatives.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management, with a preference for candidates who have worked in startup or IT environments.
• Strong understanding of orientation, payroll management, benefits administration, and labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in organizing company activities and managing social media engagement related to company events.
• Proficiency in managing HR budgets and ensuring financial efficiency.
• Proficiency in recruitment skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to creating a positive attitude and inclusive workplace culture.
