• Identify, analyze and know your sports market from studies and market analysis (internal / external)
• Define the potentials on the markets, prioritize those which will generate the most value (Complementary offer)
• Work closely with offer team to identify the priority sports according to country strategy
• Identify market players (brand / reseller) and formalize your prospecting portfolio
• Prospect and recruit new partners effectively
• Master the commercial negotiation with power and conviction to give desires and reasons to the partner to join the project
• From the tools, update the monitoring data of its negotiation stages until the transformation to communicate them to the greatest number.
• Ensure commercial and legal regulations (standards and Thailand legal regulation.)
• Validate the selection of the partner's offer in connection with sports strategies (commercial policy and offer poster)
• Sign and archive contracts
• Manage the onboarding trajectory and support its smooth running
• For each partner, based on the offer, estimate the GMV potential
• Consolidate the management of each partner to make it a global upward management
• Define ambitious commitments and objectives
• Monitor your activity regularly
• Set up and animate partner animation reports
• Deal with discrepancies and make decisions to liven up the achievement of objectives
• Manage hierarchically your marketplace team to support them to grow and perform
