Lead and transform Decathlon Thailand’s logistics operations in alignment with our global strategy. With responsibility for one Distribution Center, eCommerce activities, and a team of 60 teammates, you’ll ensure operational excellence, sustainable growth, and innovation in logistics processes.

Kewajiban

• Implement the Thailand Logistics Master Plan and adapt operations for new business models (e.g., rental, second life).
• Oversee local transport flows (first mile, last mile, recyclability), warehouse modernization, and digital upgrades.
• Champion energy savings, transport decarbonization, and reusability initiatives.
• Develop and retain top talent, foster a customer-centric culture, and ensure safety compliance.
• Align with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Retail) and regional logistics leaders.

Kualifikasi

• Passion: sports and team building.
• Experience: 10+ years in logistics within global, industrial environments.
• Skills: Expertise in logistics transformation, cost management, and digitalization. Proven ability to lead large, multicultural teams.
• Mindset: Transparent, collaborative, data-driven, and results-oriented. Embraces innovation and sustainability.
• Communication: Fluent in English, adept at engaging and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Location: position based in BangPli and BangNa.
