Kewajiban

• Co-Building a long-term vision: Helping the BU leader to build a long-term vision / a business plan of his strategy and work together to achieve the goal.
• Enlighten the business decision, by using real-time data, on the day-to-day business cases.
• Aligning with the country's strategy, and ability to translate business needs into financial consequences and solutions.
• Develop and enhance tools: Improve local tools and analysis, supporting the team’s expertise in economic management to facilitate impactful data-driven decisions.
• Conduct financial analysis: Perform financial analyses and simulations to predict business scenarios and support decision-making on projects such as store openings and a potential warehouse relocation, ensuring economic value creation.
• Other duties as assigned, aligned with the evolution of the united and local organization.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in management accounting, financial planning & analysis, or auditing.
• Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, proactive in monitoring and anticipating scenarios.
• Communication Skills: Effective communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Adaptability: Hands-on, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Global Business Model: Deep understanding of the global business model, including retail, and online.
• Budgeting and Financial Planning: Expertise in budgeting and financial planning.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English.
• Finance & Accounting Principles: Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles to analyze impacts from balance sheet to P&L, and familiarity with related tools.
• Continuous Learner: Eager to upskill and contribute to the United team, particularly in finance transformation.
• Positive and Solutions-Oriented: Maintains a positive attitude, is focused on finding solutions, and is adaptable to change.
• Team Collaboration: Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams.
