Detail posisi

This position is responsible for shipment expediting with suppliers, customer management, sub-contractor management, report for all shipment of customer and Project and Industry Solution team. Support customer services team for smooth operation to achieve GPIS department’s key performance and meet customer’s requirement.

Kewajiban

• Manage shipment follow up for CTEP, COTL, CPTL ; PO Acknowledgement, Material follow up until shipment arrive at client designated location
• Track defined milestones, follow up, and rush as needed all open requisition an POs (Open PO and overdue PO) to achieve on-time delivery
• Participate in meetings with Chevron’s supplier and internal stakeholders as appropriate to ensure supplier adhere to PO requirement including notify stakeholders of any delays or concerns
• Take appropriate action within client and supplier to ensure timely delivery of required goods
• Advise most efficient mode of transportation to supplier freight forwarder or client’s user
• Review total transportation cost of each mode (air, sea, truck) with DBS’s colleagues and inform client’s user/buyer
• Support UOS&D Report and action
• Manage reports : bi-weekly PO acknowledgement report, (JDE), Weekly Open report, Overdue PO report, Ontime Delivery report
• Upon received pre-alert information from DBS over colleagues including “material received report, daily goods report and truck planning report, expeditor should update material delivery status (cargo arrival date, truck/flight/vessel schedule plan and ETD/ETA) in JDE expediting system.
• Manage operation/handling for freight, customs clearance and transportation for all project shipment via air, sea and truck (Import and Export)
• Liaise with customers to obtain necessary documents for individual shipment in order to complete shipment smoothly with comply to law and regulation.
• Follow up shipment with overseas Schenker branch for freight arrangement including update shipment status to customers.
• Internal and external billing within time frame according to company’s policy including job closing and electronic filing
• Manage 3rd party to perform well and meet KPI, and follow up 3rd parties’ receipt and all support documents for billing process
• To ensure accrual cost / income are set for unfinished/unbilled shipment at month end.
• Support finance department to follow up payment with customer in case overdue payment.
• Work closely with other colleagues for permit/license, customs entry preparation, billing team and field site operation to ensure all task done completely
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior

• Understand of procurement and supply chain management
• Strong organization skills, communication skills, follow-up skills, persistence and attention to detail
• Customer Services orientation
• Familiarity with IT system used for procurement and material management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Analytical approach to problem solving skill
