The Officer, Customer Service Coordinator position involves coordinating with customers and managing import documents, ensuring effective customs service operations.

Kewajiban

• Coordinate with Customer, Customer management and Preview Import Document.
• Coordinate for The Customs and Customer.
• Operate Customs Service.
• Post preview documents import.
• Refund duty and tax.
• Post preview document export.
• Coordinate with CS Export, Shipping, CS Import and Billing section.
• Follow ISO 9001 and ISO 140001.
• Others assignment from Manager.

Kualifikasi

• Good knowledge of English.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Good personality and able to communicate with people at all levels.
• Perform well under pressure.
• Must work well within a team.
• New graduate also welcome.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
