The Sales Administrator position involves supporting the business development team, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth sales operations within a SaaS environment.
Kewajiban
• Support business development team in preparing, checking and processing documentation such as contracts, service purchasing orders, quotations, tax invoices, and business letters
• Handle customer leads, including contacting potential customers to discover business needs, proposing appropriate services/solutions, following up with on-going discussions, and ultimately closing sales
• Handle client inquiries, issues, or complaints related to services/solutions, usage issues, etc. by phone or email
• Verify orders including customers' personal information and payment details
• Manage sales and customer records on CRM system for accurate and updated data
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to support related projects
• Build sales performance reports for weekly and monthly sales meetings
• Support sales operations and other tasks as required
• Gather, outreach, and track leads to turn them into sales
• Coordinate business meetings, provide client consultations, and lead pitching on relevant solutions, focused on delivering business impact
• Create proposal and/or quotation, and other business documents as required
• Coordinating sales efforts with Project Manager/Legal Counsel to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure that all client issues, inquiries and concerns are addressed swiftly and accurately throughout the project
• Continuously find ways to improve sales processes and internal operations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and related network
• Visit and revisit clients and potential leads to evaluate needs or promote products/services (upselling) as required
• Liaison with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Development to ensure continuous improvement
• Keep good relationships with clients and take CSAT post-implementation
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales Administration (for SaaS product a huge plus)
• New graduated are also welcome!
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, namely selling, persuading, conflict resolution
• Good understanding of sales performance metrics to build impactful sales reports and evaluate progress
• Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Good at G suite and Microsoft Office
• Good English and Thai both written and verbal
