The CEO's office is a newly formed team of highly motivated and creative entrepreneurs, focused on innovation and deployment of ideas to elevate Data Wow. The Management Associate will work directly with the CEO and other C-Suites, owning high-impact initiatives across various pillars and gaining insights into the Tech industry.
Kewajiban
• Work with the CEO to develop corporate strategy and action plan, ensure indicator alignment, build marketing and go-to-market plan, perform a risk analysis, monitor progress, and flag corrective actions.
• Serve as a sales consultant by winning new businesses and growing sales through the acquisition of customers and partners.
• Manage budget preparation, requirements, and review processes in line with corporate requirements.
• Monitor industry movement and flag business gaps/opportunities.
• Prepare and/or review high-level correspondences, proposals, research papers, presentations, and organizational communications.
• Own and/or support strategic initiatives across prioritized pillars.
• Identify project scope, roadmap, implement a plan, and measures of success while ensuring sustainable results.
• Conduct feasibility studies, business research, and analysis.
• Support and/or facilitate the delivery of projects effectively and efficiently.
• Build and manage long-term relationships across the network of partners and customers for/with the CEO.
• Communicate initiatives, plans, implementations, and follow-ups of related initiatives.
• Support the CEO and leadership in organizational design, ensuring that structures align with business needs and growth objectives.
• Contribute to people operations, including talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with finance teams to oversee accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Engage in continuous process improvement initiatives across operational areas.
Kualifikasi
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, perseverance, strong business acumen, and a can-do attitude.
• A solid understanding of product development, relationship management, operations, and marketing is a plus.
• Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
