• Process Evaluation & Optimization: Evaluate current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions that improve system functionality and performance. Develop and implement process automation strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Conduct thorough requirements analysis by gathering information from various stakeholders. Develop comprehensive documentation that clearly outlines system specifications and project requirements.
• Data Management: Oversee the management and analysis of large datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all systems. Develop data models and database designs that support business intelligence and reporting needs.
• Technology Roadmapping: Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for systems upgrades and enhancements. Develop and maintain a technology roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
• User Support & Training: Provide end-user support for system-related issues, offering guidance and training to ensure effective use of business systems. Create user manuals and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer.
• System Testing & Quality Assurance: System testing efforts, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (positive), to ensure solutions meet functional and performance requirements. Identify and resolve any issues before deployment.
• Project Management & Delivery: Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor project progress. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Change Management: Lead change management efforts by developing strategies to ensure smooth transitions during system implementations and upgrades. Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders and provide ongoing support during the transition period.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure that all systems and processes comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Work with IT security teams to safeguard sensitive information and maintain data privacy.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously monitor system performance and generate reports that provide insights into system effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for system enhancements.
• Systems Integration: Work closely with IT teams to integrate new systems with existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption to business activities.
Kualifikasi
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business systems analysis.
