Danone Specialized Nutrition (Thailand) is seeking a Laboratory Technician Physical to contribute to their mission of bringing health through food. The role offers an opportunity for personal growth and encourages the expression of ideas in a supportive culture.

Kewajiban

• Prepare samples for Sensory testing on finished products including raw material.
• Prepare Blinding Test samples for Sensory testing, collecting data and summarizing results.
• Perform physical testing of raw materials, finished products including other test requirement from other departments such as R&I, QA, etc.
• Represents as physical testing of the laboratory when comparing the physical test results with another department.
• Participate in Method validation/verification for Physical lab.
• Prepare and collect trend data analysis for physical parameters.
• Check readiness and sufficient quantity of laboratory tools/equipment and chemicals to ensure all material ready for testing.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree of Science, Food Science and Technology
• Have experience in Laboratory management & analytics at least 1 year
• Familiar with Quality method & tools and Quality and Food Safety management system
• Have experience in Food Industry Manufacturing or related
• Good organization and well collaborate with team
• Computer literacy
• Able to relocate to work in Muang Mhai Bangplee Industrial Estate, Samutprakarn
