The Machining Section Manager is responsible for overseeing all CNC machining processes and ensuring production efficiency, quality, and cost management.

Kewajiban

• Manage all CNC machining process (turning, milling, grinding, honing and boring), heat treatment process, cutting tool usage control and other systems related to Machining workshop.
• Manage and control production costs, structure costs, preparing budgets and manpower control.
• Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Coordinate with Maintenance team regarding to repair and routine maintenance of CNC machines and equipment.
• Ensuring all production process follow company’s quality standard.
• Being responsible for all kinds of improvement which will get positive effect to Manufacturing efficiency, Productivity, Cost reductions, Quality and Employee morale.

Kualifikasi

• Fluent in both Thai and English communication.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering fields and candidate must have directed experiences with strong knowledge, skills and background from CNC machines manufacturing.
• Must have knowledge and achievement of all improvement activities for example Hoshin Kanri, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma concept, Kanban, WIP limits, etc.
• At least 8 years experiences in CNC machines manufacturing as managerial level Candidates must have technical knowledge of CNC machines for example CNC boring machine, Gantry boring, Double column boring machine, Horizontal lathe, Vertical lathe, Ascender drilling, Grinding machine, Machining center.
• Have good leadership skill to drive and coach the team.
• Can work well under pressure.
