The IT Operation Engineer position involves installing and maintaining operating environments, providing IT helpdesk support, and ensuring the security of these environments.

Kewajiban

• Installing and maintaining operating environments both server and client computers.
• Responding effectively and speedily to any problems as IT Helpdesk support.
• Providing training and support.
• Ensuring operating environments stay safe and secure.
• Updating any software and hardware where necessary and Monitoring these operating environments.
• Documenting all reported malfunctions and actions taken in response.

Kualifikasi

• Welcome new graduated.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any related field.
• Have experience 0-5 Year that related to IT such as computer system admin, helpdesk support and network infrastructure, CCTV, Security Control.
• Have Knowledge for Window server OS, HP-UX Environment, Oracle database admin.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good computer proficiency.
