CREA is a leading e-commerce enabler, committed to driving the growth of global brands on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Affiliate Coordinator to manage and grow our affiliate network on TikTok Shop.
Kewajiban
• Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, influencers, and content creators to join our TikTok Shop affiliate program.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are supported and motivated to promote our brand partners effectively.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics (clicks, sales, conversion rates), providing regular reports and insights to the team and partners.
• Content Coordination: Work closely with the content team to ensure affiliates have access to up-to-date marketing materials, product information, and promotional assets.
• Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with brand managers to create and execute affiliate campaigns, driving targeted traffic and sales on TikTok Shop.
• Incentive Programs: Develop and manage incentive programs to motivate affiliates to reach their sales and engagement goals.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and TikTok Shop best practices to continuously optimize affiliate strategies.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok and social commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, affiliate management platforms, and Google Analytics.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Thai is a plus.
