CREA’s mission is to empower brands through digital commerce to reach the booming, digitally savvy Millennial and Gen Z consumers in Southeast Asia. We are looking specifically to add to the team a resource with a strong expertise in taxation to support the team with tax matters and compliance.
Kewajiban
• Assist in preparing and submitting VAT returns (pp30,pp36) and with-holding tax returns (pnd3, pnd53, pnd54)
• Annual tax computation for PND50-PND51
• Reconciliation of tax accounts in the general ledger and trial balance
• Review of compliance of input tax invoice and output tax invoice
• Compliance of issuing withholding tax certificates to vendors
• Completeness of withholding tax certificates collected from clients
• Lead the process of tax refunds from revenue department
• Improve processes and automation of tax reports from ERP development
• Other duties assigned by senior manager
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree and 4-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation field
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, proactiveness in exploring the functionalities of our ERP system (Odoo) to explore automation
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to details and ability to meet deadlines
• Teamworking, problem solving and critical thinking
• Experience in e-commerce and retail is a plus
