CREA’s mission is to empower brands through digital commerce to reach the booming, digitally savvy Millennial and Gen Z consumers in Southeast Asia. We are specifically looking for someone to enhance our accounting accuracy and ensure tax compliance across our companies.
Kewajiban
• Assist the accounting manager in leading the team to maintain high standards of accounting accuracy and tax compliance for our 4 entities in Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore.
• Ensure the accuracy of the general ledger and support monthly financial closing.
• Prepare income statements and balance sheets.
• Analyze and validate aggregated data from company systems.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Reconcile tax accounts.
• Prepare tax calculations and submissions.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation.
• Support annual statutory and tax audits.
• Improve accounting processes for various company business activities.
• Perform other accounting and finance tasks as assigned by management.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree and 4-5 years of relevant experience in the accounting field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, proactiveness in exploring the functionalities of our ERP system (Odoo), and an attitude to innovate.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in e-commerce and retail is a plus.
