The Recruitment Officer is responsible for conducting interviews, selecting and hiring personnel to ensure quality workforce. They coordinate with educational institutions and various job sources to promote the organization's job positions. Additionally, they provide information on job application, recruitment process, and ensure accurate hiring procedures. The officer also collaborates with supervisors and managers in conducting interviews, selecting candidates, and preparing relevant reports related to recruitment and hiring to present to executives and managers.
Kewajiban
• Conduct interviews, select and hire personnel to ensure quality workforce.
• Coordinate with educational institutions and various job sources to promote the organization's job positions.
• Provide information on job application, recruitment process, and ensure accurate hiring procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers in conducting interviews, selecting candidates, and preparing relevant reports related to recruitment and hiring to present to executives and managers.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or Statistics.
• Teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Ability to drive and possess a driver's license.
