The Accounting Officer (Income Audit) is responsible for checking figures, postings, and documents for accuracy, organizing and maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Kewajiban

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents.
• Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information.
• Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data.
• Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute financial reports and tables.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reports.
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.
• Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices.
• Prepare daily consolidated deposits of cash received.
• Document, maintain, communicate, and act upon all Cash Variances.
• Prepare, maintain, and administer all cashier banks and contracts.

Kualifikasi

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None required.
