As an ambassador for our Maison, you will inspire, lead, shape and develop teams to ensure this objective is delivered seamlessly, positioning the Beauty Consultant at the heart of the relationships with our clients.

Brand image
• Always ensure your team delivers an elevated brand image: signature grooming standard, visual merchandising (pos & animations), services & client experience, brand expertise, corporate values transmitted by a perfect storytelling.
• Embody the values of the brand and encourage and develop “one-team” spirit with hospitality and generosity.
Retail expertise
• Develop a unique client experience and impeccable client journey by being an example for your teams.
• Monitor and forecast financial targets on a daily / weekly / monthly basis for the team. Analyze measurable statistics and take appropriate actions and / or inform relevant stakeholders.
• Implementing Brand's retail policy and ensuring that the objectives set are met. Analyze and share KPI's of the business of the Maison.
• Being a stakeholder in the construction and achievement of objectives and P&L (respect of budgets and commitments).
• Maximize the effectiveness of the boutique ecosystem by creating a culture of collective performance and collaboration; Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect and teamwork.
• Optimize & guarantee the retail fluidity & service quality on the floor, client relationship management, with proactivity.
• Ensure unsurpassed client experience through innovative and retail excellence that exceed client expectations.
• Be a driving force in the development of action plans, challenges, and partnerships according to priorities, results and activity.
Kualifikasi
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
• Ability to embody and transmit brand’s values to clients and employees.
• Experience in Change Management for Commercial and Retail development processes.
• Proven track record in achieving sales objectives and enhancing client experience.
• Ability to analyze financial targets and measurable statistics.
• Experience in implementing retail policies and analyzing business KPIs.
• Strong leadership skills to foster a positive working environment and teamwork.
