Detail posisi

The Quality Engineer ensures that product performance meets the customer's specifications and oversees factory activities to train operators and liaise between suppliers and customers.

Kewajiban

• For NPI projects (new developed projects) to align with customer for quality requirements, including test plan, cosmetic standard, dimension spec, function, etc. And transfer customer requirements to internal operation. to drive PPAP documents/NPI readiness collection, including Drawing, Flow Chart, FMEA, Control Plan, MIP, SOP, SIP, MIL, Yield report, etc. Based on these, evaluate if project can go to mass production in the standpoint of quality, and to escalate if there is any risk.
• For Mass production projects to check the quality performance daily and master it’s within the KPIs. to deal with any quality incidents on site, work with PD/ME for the cause analysis and corrective actions. to take continuous improvement actions to reduce scrap/reworking, and work with QC for process audit and drive improvement/correction. to deal with customer claims and 8D report for problem analysis and solving.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 3 years of quality working experience, new project experience is preferred.
• Technical/Engineering background is preferred.
• FPY/FY efficiency management
• Non quality cost control
• Process robustness; FMEA, L6S, 8D
• Basic quality knowledge and skills/tools is a must, such like Control Plan, MSA, FMEA, SPC, GR&R, DOE, etc.
• Good English communication skill in business level
• Good report skills in PPT and 8D
• Good communication and negotiation skills with internal and external
• Good knowledge in ISO9001 and/or IATF16949 requirements.
